Clinicians
Clinicians at The Psychological Health Centre are independently practicing health professionals who come together with a shared commitment to providing high quality mental health care. All clinicians have post-graduate training in clinical psychology or mental health occupational therapy or are psychologists with extensive experience working in mental health settings.
Each clinician has engaged in further training and experience to develop specific interests and skills. They draw on a range of evidence-based treatments to provide individually tailored effective psychological treatments to help you achieve your goals. Collectively they are able to provide treatments for most psychological concerns and mental health issues across the lifespan. Before making an appointment, it is recommended that you read the information provided about the clinicians to help you identify who may best suit your needs.

She has been working in private practice on the Northern Beaches since 2012, and has provided treatment for children, adolescents and adults. Lindsay has experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions in both community and private hospital settings.

Kirby currently has telehealth appointments available. She is especially interested and experienced in using the principals of HAES, intuitive eating & anti-diet for eating disorders. She is also available to provide case consultation and supervision in these areas. Kirby offers telehealth appointments to people with borderline personality disorder, emotion dysregulation, mood disorders, ADHD and addictions. She also provides support for illness adjustment, acceptance and health behaviour change in chronic illness. Kirby has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, a PhD in Health Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology)/Bachelor of Education from the University of Sydney.
