Eva Gregory
Psychologist Northern Beaches | Mental Health Support in Dee Why
I am a Psychologist based in Dee Why, offering mental health support for adults across the Northern Beaches of Sydney, including Manly, Brookvale, Narrabeen, Mona Vale, and surrounding suburbs. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stress, helping them strengthen self-worth, improve emotional regulation, and cultivate meaningful relationships.
My approach takes a trauma-informed perspective that always considers the broader picture, including attachment styles, family systems, and socio-economic context. I strive to bring a deep curiosity about my clients’ lives and perspectives, and a genuine care for their wellbeing, with a warm and compassionate approach. My hope is that the therapy room is a space where clients feel understood and emotionally safe, while remaining active and empowered in their therapeutic journey.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where is your clinic located?
I offer therapy for anxiety, depression, and trauma in Dee Why at the Psychological Health Centre and work with individuals across the Northern Beaches of Sydney, including Manly, Balgowlah, Brookvale, Collaroy, Curl Curl, Cromer, Freshwater, Narrabeen, Mona Vale, and surrounding suburbs. Telehealth appointments are also available for clients across Australia.
Do I need a referral to see a Psychologist?
Although you are welcome to seek psychological support privately, many people opt to visit their GP to seek a referral for mental health support under a Medicare. Referrals are valid for both in-person therapy sessions in Dee Why, and telehealth sessions for people across Australia. Collaborative care with GPs, psychiatrists, and other health professionals is encouraged.
Can I still see a Psychologist even if I don’t have a diagnosis? What issues can a Psychologist help with?
Yes, mental health support can be beneficial for people even without a specific diagnosis. Psychological therapy provides a safe place for people to express concerns they may be unable to share with friends or family, untangle distressing thoughts, make sense of the big issues in their life, and find new ways of coping. Please reach out to ask any questions about therapy, figure out what may be suitable, or book an appointment.
