Becca is able to help people develop skills in the areas of time management, stress management, study skills, interpersonal communication, social skills, sleep hygiene, emotion regulation and organisation and planning. She is accredited to deliver the ‘Study Without Stress’ program which equips students with study skills including knowledge and practical tips on how to approach and overcome the stress associated with heavy workload and exams in the final years of high school. Becca has completed additional training specific to adults and adolescents with ADHD with a focus on practical interventions informed by brain-based research. Her current focus is on further developing her skills in drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help to address the problems experienced by adults and adolescents with ADHD.

Becca has developed her skills through work in a wide variety of settings including private practice, community and hospital settings. Becca’s approach is neuro-affirming and collaborative.
