Kate is a registered psychologist with more than 16 years’ experience working across mental health care settings with adults, adolescents and young people. She works with people experiencing anxiety, trauma, self-esteem difficulties, perfectionism and body image concerns, and has experience supporting people with eating disorders.

Kate particularly enjoys working with adults, young adults and older teenagers (16+), supporting clients through periods of change, increasing independence and evolving relationships. She will work with you to develop greater self-understanding and confidence, build healthy boundaries and assertiveness, and navigate challenges in a way that feels authentic to you.

Kate is an ANZAED Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician and can also support people in eating disorder recovery who want to continue addressing underlying issues, patterns and beliefs that may remain.

Her approach is warm, genuine and collaborative. She draws primarily on Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Schema Therapy, tailoring therapy to each client and their goals.
