Eva is a warm and compassionate Psychologist who is dedicated to supporting clients through diverse mental health challenges and life experiences. She takes a strong systemic perspective which is trauma-informed and considers attachment, family systems and social context. In particular, Eva specialises in working with people, parents, and infants in the perinatal period, including challenges related to fertility and conception, pregnancy, grief and loss, birth, and postpartum.
Eva holds a Master of Clinical Psychology and has published research exploring how couples experience and navigate birth trauma. In addition to her perinatal work, she supports adolescents (aged 16+) and adults who wish to strengthen their self-worth, improve emotion regulation, cultivate healthy relationships and engage in life-affirming activities.

Eva has clinical experience working with depression, generalised and other forms of anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Panic Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Personality Disorders, complex trauma, chronic stress, and neurodivergence. She integrates evidence-based treatments to best suit her clients including Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Eva has completed specialist training in Perinatal and Infant Mental Health, and previously worked across private practice and hospital settings.

Eva brings a deep curiosity about her clients’ lives and perspectives, and a genuine care for their wellbeing. She strives to create a space where clients feel truly understood, emotionally safe, and supported in exploring challenging experiences, while remaining active and empowered in their therapeutic journey.
